TsirulniK Barbershop is a chain of traditional men’s hair salons established in Ukraine in 2014. The first branch was opened in Brovary, Kyiv region. Today, our network is one of the largest in Ukraine, with more than 20 separate branches in various districts of the capital and its suburbs. We are not standing still and are conquering the European market. In 2024, we will open the first barbershop in the European Union. The first European barbershop opened its doors in Vienna, the capital of Austria. We have extensive experience in men’s haircuts and bring the high culture of barbering to the masses. In the future we plan to expand our presence in other European countries – the Vienna Barbershop is just the beginning!

Founder of the TsirulniK chain of men’s hair salons

Andrii Ostapchuk is the founder of TsirulniK, a network of men’s hair salons. He is a graduate of the American Pivot Point Academy of Hairdressing and has over 20 years of experience as a hairdresser, as well as over 10 years of experience managing a network of popular men’s hair salons in Ukraine and abroad. All of our salons are owned and operated by us, and we do not sell franchises. This allows us to guarantee high quality and strict adherence to work standards.

Qualifications of the network masters

TsirulniK employs masters of different categories, each with varying levels of work experience. The price of a haircut at our barbershop depends on the category of the master you choose. The more experienced the master, the higher the cost of their services and the quality of their work. However, regardless of the category you choose, you can always expect the high-quality standards of TsirulniK hair salons.

All TsirulniK Barbershop hairdressers undergo special training at specialist academies and are guaranteed to meet our strict standards. In addition to their basic training, employees continuously improve their skills through courses, masterclasses, and additional training at specialist institutes around the world. Our masters participate in professional competitions and some have even received world-renowned awards for their expertise in hairdressing.
